Refund Policy

Due to the creative and digital nature of our work, all payments are non-refundable once the initial creative development has begun.

A 50% deposit is required to begin your project. The remaining balance is due upon approval of the final visuals and must be paid before delivery.

Should you choose to cancel before the creative process begins, a partial refund (minus admin and consultation fees) may be considered on a case-by-case basis.

Revisions Policy

Each package includes a set number of revision rounds:

• Basic – 1 revision round

• Standard – 2 revision rounds

• Premium – 3 revision rounds

Additional revisions beyond those included are available at an hourly rate and must be scheduled in advance.

Usage & Commercial Rights

All visuals delivered by AOA Agency include full commercial usage rights unless stated otherwise. This means you can use the content for advertising, social media, print, or digital promotions without additional licensing fees.

We reserve the right to showcase selected works in our agency portfolio unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Payments & Delivery

All payments are securely processed via Stripe. We accept major credit cards, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and other secure options available via Stripe’s checkout system.

Final files are delivered digitally through a secure link after full payment is received and approved. Turnaround timelines vary by package and will be detailed in your proposal or invoice.
